We have used Consumer Reports as our guiding light for years, and they have never disappointed. Behr Premium Plus is rated a 'best buy' by CR, though it looks like the top rated is Behr Marquee (which we use and can verify it is a great paint!)

28 Αυγ 2019 · Dulux Trade stain block primer is a water-based paint. You can recoat after 6 hours and is supposed to block nicotine, smoke damage and ink stains. It really doesn’t though, it’s crap.

Dulux Primer & Undercoat for Multi Surfaces is suitable for interior or exterior wood, metal and masonry surfaces. Thanks to its Quick Dry formulation, it's easy and convenient to use. Please note that highly resinous wood or corroded metal will require a specialist primer.
Over properly prepared uncoated and previously painted Interior/Exterior surfaces. Ideal for Masonry, Stucco, Drywall, Galvanized Metal, Ferrous Metals, Vinyl, Aluminum, Wood, Concrete and on glossy surfaces or oil-based paint. Bright or deep colors require a tinted primer.
