10 Ιουν 2017 · I am trying to get everything in place for my build. What I need is this: 1. Three motor setup guidance. I am getting the struts rudders and stuffing boxes from macks as soon as I figure out what all need in terms of size. I would like to run a brushless setup with LiPo batteries.
4 Μαρ 2012 · I bought a 48" PT boat fiberglass hull about 3 years ago with the idea of scaling up the Dumas kit. After a while I lost interest and sold the kit to someone who really wanted to build it (although I haven't seen any build log) but still have the fiberglass hull.

7 Δεκ 2006 · I do have some R/C car experience. I just purchased a Dumas PT 109 48” fiberglass boat. After reviewing all applicable posts on this site and RC Universe, I have come to some conclusions that I would like you guys to comment on: 1. Use twin screw setup with counter rotating props.
15 Δεκ 2020 · Without actually pulling up a part with a serial number that can be traced there is some small doubt that it might not be the 109, but relying on movement & loss records of the period, the 109 was the only PT boat reported lost in Blackett Strait and it's exactly where it would be if it sank shortly after Kennedy reported leaving it.....
