Konar quo Maten (translated as Konar the Hunter) is a Slayer master who is found in the Kahlith settlement on the summit of Mount Karuulm. Players must have a combat level of at least 75 to be assigned a Slayer task from her.
Konar is significantly lower xp/hr and task/hr. Based off your goals i'd stick to nieve (make it steve) and go do konar on your bonus point tasks (10th, 50th, 100th, etc) if nieve is feeling too monotonous just go do some Konar to break it up, getting the keys can make slayer slightly more amusing. But the shit tasks outweigh it over time.
Go to duradel as soon as you can use him. Return to Konar every 10th task for the point boost and then return to konar completely once you get 95 slay for hydras. After you complete hydra, back to duradel forever really, going to konar every 50th task
General rule is if you like higher effort slayer (barrage, cannon, bosses), then do Duradel since you get the freedom to choose those locations. If you just want to AFK regular mobs, then Konar is good since location doesn't really matter and you get keys + more points.
Slayer Masters are NPCs who serve as guides to the Slayer skill and assign tasks to players requiring them to kill specific monsters a certain number of times. Each Slayer Master has a different combat level requirement for players to be assigned tasks from them.

The quickest way to reach her is to use Rada’s gift 3 or 4 teleports, transporting you immediately to Mount Karuulm’s summit.
