Cancelled the four-hour, three-winery tasting trip three hours prior to tour by leaving a message with the desk clerk at hotel, instead of calling directly. Furthermore, now REFUSES to REFUND $130 for cost of trip.
Let me start off by saying, I am not someone who often writes reviews, especially negative ones. However, I wish to give this review as a cautionary measure to anyone looking to book a large group tour with Iowa Wine Tours. They have no problem cancelling one week before your event.
