Full Instructions. Make the dough: 185ml milk; 50g butter; 300g plain flour. Heat milk and butter until just melted — either gently on the hob on a low heat or in the microwave for 1–1 ½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. *tip* make sure not to overheat the mixture, but if it does get too hot, leave it to cool down for a few minutes.
