Mix all waffle mix ingredients starting from the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients making sure the sugar dissolves and set aside. Turn the waffle maker on. Brush or spray some cooking oil on the waffle maker for easy release. Fill the waffle maker slots halfway with the waffle mix.
