Easy Rider Kayak. The Easy Rider Kayak company was founded in the 1970's building whitewater kayaks. The owner Peter Kaupat began building sea kayaks shortly there after. One unique feature that made the Eskimo kayaks popular was a series of grooves built into the decks.

25 Ιουν 2023 · A hybrid canoe kayak can be a fantastic boat if you want the convenience of a kayak with the load-hauling space of a canoe. These boats are designed to offer the best design features of both vessels to make fishing and camping trips easier.
If you want to be able to use either a canoe or kayak paddle efficiently and easily, a hybrid kayak with a canoe-inspired design is the better choice. These hybrids are generally narrower than a canoe with less depth so you can reach the water more effectively.
10 Απρ 2021 · Easy Rider Canoes and kayaks are no longer in production. The factory (located in Tukwila , WA) remains open by appointment only for owners wanting parts or accessories. I believe that they still have about a dozen kayaks left for sale in their inventory.

11 Ιουν 2019 · Is there something wrong with Easy Rider kayaks? I bought one of their expedition models back in the mid 1980’s and it is one of my favorite boats. It’s carried me thousands of miles with plenty of cargo capacity and a decent relationship between speed and stability.
