If you are an easyJet Plus customer, you can view your membership details by logging in to the easyJet Plus website.

Manage your account You can update your address, email address, password, phone numbers and email preferences under your account. You’ll need to sign in and visit 'my account' from the 'hello' menu.
Simply call our dedicated Customer Services team to check availability and quote your easyJet Plus number to change your flight for free. For FLEXI bookings, simply make changes online or on our mobile app (if within +/-1 day if your original travel date) or contact your original booking agent.
easyJet holidays credit is credit added to your online easyJet account that you can use to make a booking for any trip currently on sale on our easyJet holidays website. If you’d prefer, you can also put your credit towards paying the balance of an existing holiday!
Payment will be deducted from the credit or debit card you used when joining easyJet Plus. If your card details are out of date your renewal will fail and you'll need to manually renew your membership.
