We offer a wide range of ways to pay for your bookings, changes and transfers. Please see the ways in which you can pay and some of the security measures we have in place below.
If you are an easyJet Plus customer, you can view your membership details by logging in to the easyJet Plus website.
Simply call our dedicated Customer Services team to check availability and quote your easyJet Plus number to change your flight for free. For FLEXI bookings, simply make changes online or on our mobile app (if within +/-1 day if your original travel date) or contact your original booking agent.

easyJet holidays credit is credit added to your online easyJet account that you can use to make a booking for any trip currently on sale on our easyJet holidays website. If you’d prefer, you can also put your credit towards paying the balance of an existing holiday!
Manage your account. You can update your address, email address, password, phone numbers and email preferences under your account. You’ll need to sign in and visit 'my account' from the 'hello' menu. If you do want to leave us, we’ll be sad to see you go! But you can close your account, by emailing us or calling our customer services team.
4 Ιαν 2017 · I'm trying to complete my EasyJey flight for this summer on their website, but their payment page keeps refusing to accept my Visa (or MasterCard, which I also tried). It keeps saying that the expiration date is invalid. I can't find anywhere to contact customer service on their website.
