12 Αυγ 2020 · If your California EBT card is lost or stolen, the first thing you want to do is contact California EBT card customer service to report the issue. Upon contacting customer service, they will deactivate your EBT card.
Call customer service right away at (877) 328-9677. Wait through two card number prompts without entering your EBT card number and you will hear a prompt to report your card as lost or stolen. Once reported, your EBT card is disabled and you are told how to get a new card.

Call the Customer Service Automated Response Unit (ARU) at (877) 328-9677 to: initiate a claim for stolen benefits; report lost, stolen or damaged EBT cards; report unauthorized use; report an ATM mis-dispense; verify the account balance, and/or; change the PIN.
