Ark IDs is a complete, updated database of all item IDs, commands, creature IDs and location coordinates for the Ark: Survival Evolved game and its DLCs on PC, XBOX and PS4.
Just add them to the launch script ( -mods=modID1,modID2 ) and they are automatically downloaded. I can confirm that adding -mod= allows me to mod my dedicated server, currently using the TG 10000/90 stacking mod and the 50% weight reduction mods.
So here is a tutorial-ish, tip-based, wall of information for anyone trying to get a modded server to work. It will also function as a brief, albeit fractional description for how Ark servers, configs, and mods interact.
The ARK: Survival Evolved dedicated server has a wide variety of configuration options that control its behavior and adjust many aspects of the game. These are options that can only be set at server startup.

Dedicated servers can now optionally load custom maps via ModID directly, rather than having to specify the map name, using this syntax (where the MapModID is the Steam Workshop ID of your custom map, and the GameModIds are the Id’s of the stacked mods you wish to use, in order).
