Edmond Rostand, né le 1er avril 1868 à Marseille et mort le 2 décembre 1918 à Paris, est un écrivain, dramaturge, poète et essayiste français. Il est l'auteur d’une des pièces les plus connues du théâtre français, Cyrano de Bergerac.
