The purpose of the paper is to analyzing thoughts of the modern management paradigm “Total Quality Management” (TQM), and its application in the field of education. The basic theme of TQM is participatory approach to address the question(s) of quality in business aswell as in the field of education.
Implementation of TQM has been considered an important factor for enhancing organizational productivity and efficiency (Gharakhani, et. al, 2013). The aim of total quality management is to utilize resources effectively, to accomplish success, and to ensure financial stability.
