What you NEED to do is run to upper/lower chalet, and if the bonfires or guards are not there - reset. Once you do see them there, locate a guard & find a safe room where you can line guards up as they sprint to you. I was able to get my final 9 kills in a matter of minutes. Go Go Go because this event wont last long and your chance will be gone!

Overpopulation help I have done 6 raids in a row, waiting by cottages until its 10 min left, and not a single scav has spawned there. I have killed 2-3 player scavs but thats about it.
