17 Σεπ 2021 · Costa Rica has introduced a new health declaration form. This was done to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All travelers traveling to Costa Rica must now complete a Health Pass before entering the country. Costa Rica is not alone in doing this.
Costa Rica Health Pass. 2 years ago. We completed all the information and uploaded proof of vaccination BUT the site won't give me a QR code without putting in that we have traveller insurance which is not needed as we are fully vaccinated.
