If you plan to park hop, be sure to check the website calendar to verify the park hours on the days of your visit.
For two days with a little one, I'd say no to Park Hopper. Remember, it takes a significant amount of time (1 to 2 hours) to move from park to park or park to resort. I'd focus on one park per day, and budget in there a midday break if your little one gets cranky from the crowds and heat.
Staying at Coronado Springs and initially reserved 2-day park hopper package (we are 4 adults, 2 couples) since I think when booking the resort there is no option for a combo of park admissions and park hopper.
