3 Σεπ 2023 · Technically, you can use a wall outlet AC-DC 12V adapter, but I don’t recommend it. They’re pretty limited in power output and the amperage they can provide (many are less than 1A rated). They’re designed to do things like charge devices or supply low-power devices.
1 Μαΐ 2016 · Given that, I'm looking for some kind of power adapter / transformer that I can plug into a wall outlet and splice into the stereo harness. Presumably this would need to convert from 120VAC to 12VDC, but I'm not sure what I'd need as far as amperage goes.
