@halicee The game looks for game user files in the c/users/(logged in user)/ documents/electronic arts/sims4. It depends on what you are using to start your computer. Microsoft no longer makes it easy to stop OneDrive. The easiest way is to open OneDrive settings and stop the electronic arts folder from syncing and set keep files on this computer.
The Electronic Arts folder is in the C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts The Sims 4 folder won't show up until you have started the game via Origin at least once. Message 2 of 14 (42,008 Views)
I can't find your customer service at all. My account was blocked by you. It's a new account. I didn't do anything.
If you follow the instructions exactly, it should work fine. It's still a good idea to make a backup copy of your Sims 4 user folder (the one in Documents\Electronic Arts) first, just in case something goes wrong. If you're not sure about one of the steps, feel free to ask questions.

I've recently installed Windows 11 and Sims 4, I went to the documents but couldn't find the Electronic Arts folder, the game runs fine but the folder is missing.
