The Lebanon County Department of Emergency Services (LCDES) Emergency Management is responsible for assisting municipalities within their jurisdiction in all aspects of emergency management (preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery).

Lebanon County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) located in Lebanon, PA provides 911-telephone emergency service to all of Lebanon County. This service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The Lebanon County Emergency Management Agency dispatches all county police, fire and ambulance units. The staff coordinates field operational disasters response and recovery operations. TTY/TTD for hearing impaired residents of the community is located in the EMA 911 Communications Center for emergency situations.
