EMIS Web - Organisation Configuration - There are two ways to add a user to your organisation in EMIS Web: you can add an existing EMIS Web user.
You can quickly register for an EMIS Now account from the EMIS Now login screen. 1. Navigate to the EMIS Now login screen. 2. Select Create your EMIS Now account. 3. Enter your contact details and organisation (CDB or RX) number. 4. Tick the box confirming that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Simply click ‘reset password’ on the EMIS Web login screen and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note your mobile number will be needed to complete the process, as we will send a verification code via text message when you reset your password.

If a pop-up message appears on your device with the message ‘Contacting Server’ when attempting to log into EMIS Web, this means that the EMIS Web application is struggling to reach the servers at EMIS. Before reaching out to EMIS Support, please check that you can access the internet on the device you’re using.
