23 Μαρ 2021 · Notice Period. When terminating employment during a probationary period, a one week notice applies if the length of service is longer than one month. In case of indefinite contracts which extend beyond the probation period, notice has to be given prior to the termination of employment.

With reference to Article 36 (2), during the probationary period, whereby an employment contract can be terminated by both the employer and the employee without providing any justification, no notice period needs to be given if the employment was for less than one month.
