For prompt transmission and speedy delivery of international postal articles, Express Mail Service (EMS) is offered at Major domestic locations for 104 countries of the world. Documents, packets and parcels can be sent through EMS.
Viable/speedy transshipment and prompt delivery. Booking facility available even in the late hours. Direct dispatches for most of the countries. Government undertakes liability in case of loss. Pick up facility for bulk registered customers. Global track & trace facility.
To track your EMS item, please enter your 13 digit item number (e.g. EZ987654321XX) which is given to each EMS item. If you do not know the EMS item number, you can obtain this from the sender. Please note that the EMS Unit and the UPU do not provide tracking information by phone.
Postal and courier services are offered by the Department of Posts of Sri Lanka and also by several courier service operators. The department of Customs has deployed it’s officers at the designated locations of these service providers for the Customs clearance of documents, parcels, and samples etc., in tandem with their staff.
