Select Start > Settings > Privacy > Camera. In Allow access to the camera on this device, select Change and make sure Camera access for this device is turned on. This setting lets any user on the device choose if they want apps to be able to access the camera.

16 Φεβ 2021 · The app directed me to enable access in Settings. However, in Settings the button to change access permissions for the Camera is greyed out. I am using Windows 10. Updates are installed. I am using my home PC so I am the administrator. The camera shows up in device manager. Restart didn't help.
