10 Ιαν 2017 · Many continuous item responses (CIRs) are encountered in healthcare settings, but no one uses item response theory’s (IRT) probabilistic modeling to present graphical presentations for interpreting CIR results. A computer module that is programmed to deal with CIRs is required.
This add-in for Excel provides a 'wizard' to estimate item parameters and latent variables from the responses of subjects to a test or questionnaire. The supported dichotomous IRT (Item Response Theory) models are the 1PLM (one parameter logistic model), the 2PLM (two parameter logistic model) and the 3PLM (three parameter logistic model).
