24 Ιαν 2024 · Solution 25-1: Update / change email address on your CAC(s) to your Enterprise Email address. Solution 25-2: Visit an ID card office to have them update your email address on your CAC(s) to your DoD Enterprise Email address.
13 Αυγ 2022 · So, the links won't help anyone if they don't have a CAC and an email account on that particular network. Between mid October 2019 and mid February 2020 everyone in the Army was migrated to PIV AUTH certificate for Email access. You no longer use your Email certificate for Enterprise Email.

Instructions. Open Edge, from HKH portal, click on Enterprise email. Type in your enterprise email address in full. Include @army.mil. When prompted for password, select “Use certificate or smart card”. Enter your CAC pin when instructed. You will be prompted, to “Stay Signed in”, Click Yes.
