THE FAMILY CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES. I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and promulgate the Family Code of the Philippines, as follows: TITLE I MARRIAGE. Chapter 1. Requisites of Marriage. Art. 1.
