4 Οκτ 2023 · To follow up on the status of a FOIA request, log into your PAL account or email EOIR.FOIARequests.usdoj.gov. If a computer is not readily available to you, you may call 703-605-1297 and leave a detailed voice message.
If you receive a message stating that an account for that email already exists, please use a different email address or email us at EOIR.FOIARequests@usdoj.gov to connect your existing account to the PAL.
22 Απρ 2024 · To facilitate access to court records, EOIR provides service--outside of the FOIA process--for respondents and their representatives of record to request a copy of their official record of proceeding (ROP).
23 Σεπ 2024 · Check the forms listing to see if your form can be filled out or uploaded within an EOIR application. Note that ECAS Case Portal is an application that can only be used by attorneys and fully accredited representatives who are registered with EOIR.
EOIR will use this information to search for records responsive to your requests, track FOIA and Privacy Act requests, manage requestor fees and payments where applicable, correspond with requestors, and provide responsive documents to requestors.
