18 Μαρ 2024 · EPA has finalized amendments to the Accidental Release Prevention Requirements for Risk Management Programs under the Clean Air Act, Section 112 (r) (7). The amendments aim to modernize EPA's RMP regulations as required under Executive Order (EO) 13650.
----- RISK MANAGEMENT PLANS UNDER THE CLEAN AIR ACT Risk Management Plans (RMPs) must be fully updated and re-submitted at least once every five years. Most RMPs were submitted by the initial deadline of June 21, 1999, and were updated and re-submitted in 2004, 2009, and 2014, unless they were updated and re-submitted previously.
