8 Δεκ 2023 · I am unable to use epic games pc app. Every time i open it no thumbnail appears. I cant use library or see my profile. But when i open Epic Games website i can see all the thumbnails and browse through perfectly. I cant see any pictures in the store or any game i browse.

Xbox is not a PC, and while it uses many fo the same technologies, it is a secure platform, and the games will not work. of you wish to purchase PC games, buy a PC.

25 Μαρ 2020 · 1. Go to the place where you've installed launcher (usually c:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\) 2. Open the 'DirectXRedist' folder. 3. Inside, there will be several .cab files (those are just simple archives) 4. Open those .cab files and extract JUST the .dll files, and put the wherever you want (could be the Desktop)

When I try to link to his new box (which is his home xbox) I want it to connect to his xbox account, but instead it connects to my xbox account and at no point does it ask which box account to link to! We have a family Microsoft account where I have 2 son's listed.

23 Ιαν 2022 · I contacted Epic Games support and after we tried all the usual fixes, they advised to contact Xbox. After this, I made a seperate Epic Games account and tried to link my Xbox to the new account but this also failed. Oddly enough, when I try to link my Twitch and Reddit Account to my Xbox, they tell me to login, but both in the end fail.
13 Μαρ 2024 · I was looking to play Fortnite on my pc and when I got to open up the Epic launcher that's when I get the message. Before this I had been able to play Fortnite no issue. I had also downloaded, updated, and shut down my pc before I came back home to open up Fortnite.
I then re-ran the installer as described in step 6 on the Epic page linked to above, which in my case is C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\EOS\EpicOnlineServices.msi and the installer ran successfully fixing the issue. Hope this helps someone.
