The European Patent Register is a complete and up-to-date source of publicly available bibliographic and procedural information on European and PCT patent applications designating the EPO from the moment they are published and as they pass through each stage of the granting process.
EP full-text search enables you to search European patent applications (A documents) and granted patents (B documents) and monitor new publications as they appear. It features advanced search capabilities, including full-text searching. The interface is available in English, French and German.
You can enter a name or company name of a European patent with unitary effect in the “Applicant(s)/Proprietor(s)” search field. To define your search, combine this search criteria with a date in the search fields “Unitary effect request date” or “Unitary effect registration date”.
