I've just bought an EPOS GSX 1000 for gaming on a brand new windows 11 PC, but I couldn't enable 7.1 in the windows sound configuration, and the SENNHEISER support confirmed to me that it could not be done since windows 11 is not supported.
I found a solution. Simply go to device manager and update driver for the speaker communication device. Choose local driver and then you should have 2 options. EPOS USB and Generic USB driver (could be labeled different) Choose the Generic driver and now it should work.
Computer not seeing epos H6pro. Title says it all. I plugged in my epos H6 pro but my computer doesn’t see it. I’ve tried restarting etc and installing drivers.. Same problem. Just plugged in my headset and downloaded the software, but no detection. Using Windows 11 for reference.
