Within the EPOS Gaming Suite, all our digital audio device hardware is easy to configure. Set up Smart Button behaviors on a soundcard or select the sleep functionality for a wireless headset; receive firmware update notifications and download and install right there from within the Suite.
Remove USB drivers. Some PC’s may have issues with USB drivers. We recommend to try and uninstall all old drivers if possible. The tool USBDeview makes this process easier. Download the tool here: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usbdeview.zip. Open USBdeview.exe as admin. Sort devices by Vendor ID. Select all devices with Vendor ID 1395.
Plugging into a 'bad' usb port would bork the driver and require a manual uninstall. I repeated this until 1 usb port worked and haven't had any issues since, plus EPOS updated the device firmware and Gaming Suite to support Windows 11.
I recently have upgraded to Windows 11 without realising that the EPOS Gaming Suite (GSP 670) does not work on it. The headset still works fine…

Method 1: Use MyASUS to Automatically Check for the Latest BIOS or Driver Versions. Type and search [MyASUS] in the Windows search bar ①, then click [Open] ②. (The left image is from the Windows 11 search screen; the right is from the Windows 10 search screen.)
Check from the audio device properties that it has EPOS audio driver shown as installed driver, if not then update the drivers manually through windows with online search.
