The first 3 options are quests where you turn in 1 Mold + 3x gems to get a piece of armor. You will also need appropriate faction with any of these zones to do a turn-in. Gems drop in various Velious zones.

I've been finding third-party apps on google play but I didn't find a single terraria guide app. In the past, the play store offered many free offline terraria guides with all the items and crafting recipes.

This guide will help you decide on which armor sets to use at various points in game progression. Especially later in the game, bonuses to melee speed and movement speed are generally not considered as impactful as direct offensive bonuses, making them a lower priority.
