17 Δεκ 2019 · You only need one character per account to complete "Shattered Dawn: Mythic Passage Arranged" (signature quest) or "Piercing the Darkness: Chasing Moonbeams" (tradeskill quest) to provide access to all of your characters on that account to The Blinding.
17 Σεπ 2021 · You get it from the Duality in his sanctum - the mythic passage version. You should have a key that sends you there unless you destroyed it in which case get a duplicate on Mara. The quest requires going through one dungeon which is trivially easy with VoV gear and then sends you to the Teren's Grasp spire.
Must have completed Shattered Dawn: Mythic Passage Arranged. Access is also granted during the trade skill quest Piercing the Darkness: Chasing Moonbeams. Note: The free gear gives white and orange adorns, along with blue and cyan ones for primary, secondary and ranged slots.

23 Νοε 2019 · After arriving in Kylong Plains and after having done the prelude on Live, the Shattered Dawn:Mythic Passage Arranged quest given by Taith McJarun directs you to speak to The Duality. But for me, the Duality wasn't here in Kylong Plains and the one in The Vigilant Sanctum (reached by using my key) would only reply "Leave me to my studies..."
