2 Μαρ 2023 · This week it stopped working giving me the error 400: invalid_request. You can't sign to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's OAuth policy for keeping apps secure. I have multiple email accounts running through mac mail and its very difficult to jump to web based email for one account.

Select Security from the left sidebar and go to " Signing in to Google," select 2-Step Verification. Go to App Password and select app as Mail and device as macOS. Click on Generate.
2 Μαρ 2023 · AUTHORISATION Error 400: invalid_request (gmail address on mac mail 10.13.6 has been rejected by google). A well used gmail address has been rejected by google in mac mail. However, a more recent gmail address is ok on mac mail, webmail and on older mobile devices!
