14 Νοε 2021 · After a modem swap, my 4500 will not connect. It correctly finds the SSID, and the password is entered *correctly* (multiple times, verified by multiple eyes) . The printed report FAILs on No Filtering, but: The Surfboard G34 modem is set to ALLOW-ALL for MAC Filtering.
30 Μαρ 2019 · Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID. Then try connecting the printer to the network. Keep me posted, how it goes!

18 Δεκ 2020 · The printer is unable to connect to wireless router. Printout says that MAC address filtering may be enabled on router. I did get a new router from my service provider and that’s when problems started.
13 Ιουν 2020 · There are several “fake” sites listed (in search engines) for “123” – please make sure you are using the actual “HP” site. Notice the website address – the real HP site does not contain any extra verbiage. For example, there is no “setup” or other extra bits in the address.
