19 Σεπ 2023 · After 4 computers (2 PC and 2 Macbooks) and 7 cables later (USB-A and USB-C types) all attempts resulted in “error code 7”. I tried Apple Support chat and they had no clue what error code 7 was. This eventually led to a Genius Bar appointment.

18 Ιουν 2020 · Try to update your Mac and see if it works. My experience: I had a similar issue on Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9). Once I updated to Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11), the issue went away. iTunes still works on Mavericks at least.
