CRC Counselors are available primarily by appointments. The Counseling Center provides prospective and current students with comprehensive academic, career, personal, and crisis counseling necessary to successfully reach their goals.
The Counseling Center offers services to students who have a Cosumnes River College student ID number. Meetings with counselors may be arranged with an appointment or conducted using an online drop-in session. Meet With a Counselor. Crisis services are available to students experiencing non-life-threatening emergencies.
You can receive in-person mental health therapy or advocacy at any Los Rios Student Health and Wellness Center. Los Rios therapists also offer virtual therapy appointments by request. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, you can use BetterMynd virtual teletherapy services.
eServices is Los Rios' online student portal where students manage their information, records, classes, and more. eServices is available Monday through Saturday from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm, and on Sundays from 9:00 am to 11:30 pm.

Log in to eServices. Click on Student eForms and Petitions. Click Approve your eForm and search for your petitions by entering your seven-digit Los Rios ID (without the leading W) in the Student ID Number field. Review the petition and click the Approve button to approve. Admissions and Records will review the petition.
