6 Δεκ 2018 · Likely related to new AGOL just released, but we have a dashboard that is publicly shared (as well as all items in it). Now when going to it, we get asked to sign in, and that never resolves - sign pop-up appears several times, then goes away and no data is displayed.

25 Απρ 2020 · Anonymous users are unable to view shared data when accessing publicly shared web applications in ArcGIS Online. Login credentials for the ArcGIS Online organizational account are prompted.
To share an app publicly that contains subscriber content, you can configure the app to allow access to the content through your organizational subscription so that app users aren't prompted to sign in to access those layers in your app. You can track app usage and disable sharing later if needed.
