It's a self-extracting exe. It creates C:/ESX Emulator containing an encrypted zipfile and a readme telling you to fill out some survey to get the password. It won't give you the password whatever you do.

There are NO emulators for PS3 that emulate commercial games in any playable state. Same goes for XBox, Wii U, 3DS, and Vita. This will remain true for at least a few years. All sites purporting to have adequately playable emulators for these systems are scams!
