24 Σεπ 2024 · The core of Buddhist Ethics is summed up well in this pithy sutta. The five qualities listed here are called “The Five Precepts” and all Buddhists strive to preserve them. Technically, observing these five moral precepts assiduously is sufficient to be considered an ethical person.
