25 Ιουν 2024 · Etihad introduces online chatbot to support passengers with key travel document information. Etihad Airways has launched an innovative online chat feature designed to ensure its guests have the latest accurate information on the visas and documents they need before they travel.

3 Μαΐ 2023 · Etihad Airways will soon provide customers with the option to book flights using artificial intelligence. The Abu Dhabi -based carrier has entered into a partnership with Astra Tech, which will allow bookings to be made through the technology company's chat app, BOTIM.
