Etihad Airways has launched an online chat feature designed to ensure customers have the latest accurate information on the documents they need before they travel. The system can be accessed through the online chat feature on the airline’s website, found in the ‘Get In Touch’ section of the ‘Help’ page.
Visit etihad.com/manage to request extras, assistance or special meals – you’ll find all your flight details here too. Check in online when it opens 30 hours before your flight. Remove all bag tags and stickers that may have been left on your bag from previous trips.
