Magellan is a map editing software for EU4, aimed at helping players easily modify maps for EU4, particularly for full conversion mods. Setup: Unfortunately for you non-programmers, there isn't a single executable (.exe) file you just need to download and run.

18 Οκτ 2024 · EU4 Mod Editing Tool is a windows program written in C#, that helps with editing provinces, countries, trade nodes and more. It is created and maintained by CzerstfyChlep.
If you don't see the map in the middle, just click on it, it's a bug with refreshing. You can use WSAD to move on the map. You can use LMP to select one province and RMB to select many provinces.
