Magellan is a map editing software for EU4, aimed at helping players easily modify maps for EU4, particularly for full conversion mods. Setup: Unfortunately for you non-programmers, there isn't a single executable (.exe) file you just need to download and run.

Add and edit areas, regions, superregions, continents and trade companies. Add and edit province localisation. Add and edit ruler, leader, ship, army and fleet names for countries. Add and edit Country localisation.

Visual Graph editor which lets you move and connect missions/focuses together. Create Missions/Focus and Mission Series/Focus tree and edit all their variables. Assign a Color to a Mission Series/Focus to easily identify them.
