The evasi0n 7 uses the 2013 WWDC app to make the jailbreak possible. The evasi0n program asks evasi0n.com for a plist file that contains the URL to the WWDC app. The problem is that the evasi0n website no longer works (its been a couple years like this), so there´s no way to get the plist file.
