If you have LP with them then the LP wallet page will display the nearest station where you can redeem. If you don't have LP, you can use the agent finder to locate the nearest station with an agent (not always the nearest but usually close).

The agent's level determines the level of the mission they will offer and the amount of standing required for the agent to be available.
