18 Αυγ 2009 · Apply catalyzed gel coat to a thickness of approximately 20 mils or slightly above surrounding gel coat. Gel coat is best applied by spray application with a pressure pot or catalyst injection system.

18 Αυγ 2009 · Gel-Paste should be added to a plastic mixing cup to make all repairs. One of the six basic colors may match the gel coat. If so, mix approximately 1 part pigment to 20 parts gel paste (in other words, fill the cup 1/4 in and add approximately 1-2 inch bead of pigment from the tube).
16 Ιουν 2024 · The are many videos on gelcoat repair on the West Marine and Evercoat websites last I looked. I used the one-step gelcoat and it worked out fine. Some gelcoats require more than one step for the gelcoat to harden properly.
