There are several account management services that we provide at Eastern Washington University. Since your NetID is the primary account you use to access online services, systems, and computer labs on campus, it's important to manage your account appropriately.
Follow these steps to regain access to your account: First, try clicking the email link on https://inside.ewu.edu and use your SSO password, not your old student email password. Use your Username to login. If step 2 does not work, try another browser or an InCognito/Private Session.
