11 Οκτ 2022 · FinCEN removed the proposed rule’s requirement that entities created before January 2024 report information on their “company applicant,” i.e., the person (s) who file or direct the filing of the documents that create or register the reporting company. This will reduce the burden on existing companies tracking down potentially old information.
